2. Service Requests

 a. Service requests can be submitted through our website, phone, or in person. b. Requests will be scheduled based on availability, and emergency services may be subject to additional charges.

3. Service Charges and Payments

 a. A service charge will apply for diagnostics and assessment. b. Detailed cost estimates will be provided before any repair work begins. c. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept Payment List

4. Warranty

a. The customer agrees to provide access to the AC unit and necessary information for efficient service. b. It is the customer's responsibility to secure pets and ensure a safe working environment for our technicians.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling 

a. Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated [specify time frame] hours in advance. b. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Limitation of Liability 

a. Hii Cool System is not liable for any damages resulting from the client's failure to follow post-service recommendations. b. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues in the AC system that may be discovered during repairs.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pune Jurisdiction.
